- Cancellation Policy:
– Hotels & Accommodation:
– Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
– Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date may incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay or more, depending on the hotel’s policy.
– Tour Packages:
– Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the start date of the tour may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the terms and conditions of the specific tour package.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date of the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Policy:
– Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the cancellation request, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
– Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.

– Kindly provide your booking details including the booking reference number, passenger names, and travel dates for faster processing.
– Cancellation requests made outside of office hours will be processed on the next business day.

– Please note that some bookings, such as non-refundable hotel reservations and special promotional fares, may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
– Travel insurance is recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellations or changes to your travel plans.
